Ready to discover some of Budapest’s best restaurants without breaking the bank? The DiningCity Restaurant Week returns this autumn from October 1-18, 2026, celebrating its 30th edition with around 200 top restaurants across Hungary.
For 18 days, participating restaurants will offer special three-course menus at fixed prices, starting from 6,900 HUF (approximately €17), with premium menus at 8,900 HUF (approximately €22) and exclusive menus at 10,900 HUF (approximately €27). The service charge is included in the price, so there are no unpleasant surprises when the bill arrives.
It’s a great opportunity to step outside your usual restaurant routine and try somewhere new, whether you’re in the mood for Hungarian cuisine, international flavors, fine dining, or simply a memorable dinner with friends.
And if you already have your eye on a particular restaurant, don’t wait too long. Reservations can only be made through www.etteremhet.hu, with bookings officially opening on September 16. Newsletter subscribers get an early-bird advantage and can make their reservations from September 14 at 6:00 AM, two days before the official opening.
